We offer on-going consulting services to keep your teams, facilitators, programs, and leadership, focused. With our assistance your teams will stay on track, and achieve the expected results. Work directly with one of our Senior Consultants either on-site, or via phone on an as-needed basis. Business Process Mapping Services

For those who want to move faster, or who don’t have the extra staff to do mapping in-house, we will assist your company in mapping your processes either on a limited basis, such as a department or area, or on a full-scale, enterprise wide project. Our business process mapping consultants focus on achieving the goals you have in place, while documenting your existing work methods and identifying areas of opportunity.

Business Process Mapping Master 5-day workshop. DeltaPoint Consulting overwhelmingly prefers training in-house as opposed to Public workshops.

A key benefit to our in-house training program is the ability of DeltaPoint to focus on ONLY Your Company's processes. We can typically map seven company processes through a second review during your in-house training period.

 

The 5 day in-house program Business Process Mapping Master is $12,000 for 6 participants and each additional, up to 6 additional participants at $1500 each.


This five day intensive process mapping training course is designed for those who want advanced expertise in business process mapping and process management. Throughout the five days, participants conduct a series of hands-on mapping sessions with guidance, learn mapping techniques using VISIO®, and develop methods for identifying and analyzing business improvement opportunities.

Stimulus Package Express Training - $7500

This three-day in-house course teaches six participants how to use Business Process Mapping skills to analyze and improve current work processes while learning “hands on” how to facilitate a process mapping session.

This course focuses on developing skills necessary to accurately capture the “as is process” and how to modify and customize your business process to take advantage of process opportunities.  Hands-on mapping exercises give participants the skills to gather key process requirements from your business process users and map an organization specific process.

At the end of the session you will have six facilitators with the facilitation skills necessary to map your business processes and 7 of your business processes mapped through second review.  Consulting firms can charge more than $14,000 to map seven of your business processes.  In addition, numerous business opportunities will be captured to improve your processes and add to your savings with process improvements.

You will learn how to map your process in VISIO. You will then have an opportunity to review the process map, conduct a second review and update the business process.   Your process map will then be updated in VISIO incorporating the changes made by the process users using DeltaPoint’s mapping template and symbols.
