Monthly Retainer

We offer on-going consulting services to keep your teams, facilitators, programs, and leadership, focused. With our assistance your teams will stay on track, and achieve the expected results. Work directly with one of our Senior Consultants either on-site, or via phone on an as-needed basis. Services include analyzing maps, answering questions, discussing opportunities for improvements, and process management issues.
