Steve has more than 37 years of business experience in major U.S. and international organizations. He is DeltaPoint certified in Process Mapping methodology and has successfully implemented programs for business process improvement and certification to international standards.

He has implemented process mapping methodology programs in a diverse range of industries, including government, textiles, utilities, newspaper publishing, banking, networking, computer manufacturing and pharmaceuticals.

He has assisted clients achieve certification to standards, including ISO 9001 2008, TL 9000, TS 16949 standards and Sarbanes-Oxley. For over 10 years Steve has conducted business mapping sessions in the U.S., Canada and Mexico, that attained ISO certification with the outstanding achievement of zero non-conformances at several locations. Steve has conducted over 50 process mapping training course sessions.

Steve has 17 years of experience in the oil industry with Chevron/Texaco. During this time, he implemented a company-wide total quality management program and established criteria for Cabinda Gulf Oil Company (a division of Chevron/Texaco), and acted as certified auditor, for Malcolm Baldridge. He also centralized and managed process mapping methodology training for 10 locations and was responsible for over $50 million in cost savings. He also held various positions of increasing responsibility with the State of Nebraska, including Deputy Director for the Department of Energy. Prior to joining Chevron/Texaco, Steve spent three years as a Senior Assessment and Development Associate with Development Dimensions International (DDI).

For the past 25 years, Karen Marshall has been doing business consulting. She has been helping companies and business executives throughout the U.S., Canada, and Mexico improve profitability using process mapping, business coaching, and quality improvement methodologies.

Possessing a master's degree in Business Management, Karen started her career as a profit improvement and quality development team leader with the JR Simplot Company, based in Boise, Idaho. She trained and led teams of people to simplify processes and improve productivity.

She later served as Vice President of Organizational Development and Training with a chemical manufacturing company in Phoenix, Tessenderlo Kerly, before starting her own business consulting company in 1996.

Through the years, she has consulted and conducted training with companies such as Bank of America, Sharp Electronics, J.R. Simplot Company, Leppin Property Management, and many others.

Charles Long
Charles Long
Partner-Business Development

Charles Long brings to DeltaPoint a culmination of nearly 20 years of sales and management experience in, both, Business Process Consulting for F1000 companies and Telecommunications. His focus is on Service Provider solutions and Large Enterprise markets. In his role as Business Development Partner, Charles will guide DeltaPoint's sales organization to expand its' market share by servicing major enterprises and assisting them in gaining process efficiencies.

Charles is the recipient of many sales records and awards. He has contributed to market expansions for the companies he worked with including Lucent, Comverse and Movius Interactive and has served as an entrepreneurial sales leader at a number of start-up companies.

Allison is a graduate of Northern Arizona University. Ali taught in the Tempe, Arizona School District and continues to do extensive volunteer work in the Scottsdale school system.
